Emirates Financial Towers (EFT), Dubai was awarded the guinness world record for the world’s largest automated parking facility.
Royce Monteverdi‘s Robotic Parking System designed and manufactured the automation and machinery for this 1,200 space automated parking facility. The system design was inserted between the concrete structure of the above towers.
All of the machinery for the Emirates Financial Towers was manufacturered at our 100,000+ sq ft. factory in Clearwater, FL. Once the machinery’s automation components were programmed, the machinery was vigorously tested before being shipped to Dubai.
The Robotic Parking System technology is patented in the US, China, India, Russia and other countries. Additional patents are pending in the UAE and numerous countries throughout the world.
Based on the company’s experience and discussions with UAE Civil Defense, a new Civil Defense Code for robotic parking was developed and serves as a guideline for future projects in the region. This new Civil Defense Code acknowledges and takes into consideration the work achieved by the Technical Committee of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 88A). Robotic Parking System’s CEO is a member of NFPA’s Committe for Garages and Parking Structures.
